Police on Wednesday night arrested two more suspected killers of a primary school headmaster at Manash village in Barhatta upazila.
The arrestees were identified as Kala Chan,32, and Hira,25, both residents of Choigaon village of the upazila.
Salemuzzaman, officer-in-charge of Barhatta Police Station, said a team of police conducted separate drives in different areas of the upazila and arrested the duo at night.
Earlier, police arrested another person named Babul in the afternoon in connection with the killing.
Arjun Chandra Sinha, 42, headmaster of Manash Government Primary School, was stabbed to death by some miscreants following previous enmity at Manash village in Barhatta upazila on Wednesday.
Arjun Chandra had an enmity with Abul Kashem, a member of Asma Union Parishad, over formation of the school managing committee, the OC added.
Some miscreants swooped on Arjun and stabbed him indiscriminately while he was going to school around 10 am, leaving him dead on the spot.
