Joydebpur police have arrested two members of a kidnapping ring from Haldoba area of Gazipur Sadar upazila on Tuesday. They were caught by the police while coming to collect the ransom money. At the same time, the abducted Al Amin (32) was rescued. He is the son of Ataullah of Dharanichala village in Sadar upazila. Canal in Rangpur.
The abductors were identified as Jabed Hossain, 30, son of Babul Hossain of Rudrapur (Paschimpara) area of Sadar upazila and Hasan, 28, son of Selim.
While apprehending them, the accomplices sensed the presence of the police and the others ran away.
