RAB-7 forces in Chattogram recovered 30 thousand pieces of intoxicated Yaba tablets from a mini truck at Mirsarai on Friday .
Elite forces detained Driver Md Moktar and helper Md. Sabuj alongwith mini truck. On quizzing, the driver confessed to the RAB that they are carrying the furnitures of a police sub-inspector of CMP from Chattogram to Dhaka. Senior Asstt. Police super of RAB Mitanur Rahman told that law enforecers detained the mini truck from Redwan Petrol Pump area of Mirsarai onDhaka-Ctg highway at early morning of yesterday(Truck No.Dhaka Metro 14-1829) . The seized yaba were found inside a steel almirah which was under lock and key and the Almirah belong to CMP Sub Inspector Badrudoza Mahmud which was carrying from Lalkhan Bazar High level road to Mohammadpur, Dhaka. The police was transferred from DMP to CMP recently.
