UNB, Chittagong :
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two people along with firearms and bullets from Thakurpara village of Raujan upazila early Thursday.
The arrestees were identified as Abbas, 40, and Belal, 20.
Tipped-off, a team of Rab-7 conducted a raid at a house at Thakurpara village early in the morning and arrested the duo along with one AK 47 rifle, one light gun, 61 rounds of bullet and a magazine, said ASP M Mafizul Islam, assistant director of Rab-7.
Abbas is accused in four cases, including for murder and arms, added Mafizul Islam.
