Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two alleged drug peddlers along with 1,022 pieces of Yaba tablets from Kagmari village at Benapole border on Sunday night.
The arrestees were identified as Shahidul Islam, son of Shawkat Ali of Kagmari village, and Sagor Hossain, son of Shahin Hossain of Goira village in Benapole. In a press release, Rab-6 said on a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area and arrested the duo at night.
