2 BD peacekeepers in Africa killed in road crash

Two soldiers of Bangladesh Army working in the UN peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic died in a road crash on Saturday evening.
The deceased have been identified as Sainik Arzan Howladar and Sainik Md Ripon Mia, said a press release of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
They were escorting a military-convoy when a wood-laden heavy vehicle lost control and caused the accident in the Yaloke area around 6:45pm local time.
Two other Bangladeshi peacekeepers injured in the crash Sainik Md Jamal Uddin Mollah and Sainik Md Majahidul Islam were taken to Bangui for treatment.
