The first founding anniversary of North Bengal International University (NBIU) was observed in Rajshahi through various arrangements.
Chairman of the Trustee Board, Professor Rasheda Khaleque and Vice-Chancellor, Mohammad Abdul Khaleque inaugurated the first founding anniversary ceremony by releasing balloons, festoons and pigeons in front of the academic building of the university at city’s Alu Patti Circle on September 15, 2014.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by the Treasurer (Honorary) and Chief Coordinator Professor PM Shafiqul Islam, Registrar Riaz Muhammad, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Professor Wajed Ali, Exam Controller Mr. Ali, Director of Public Relations Department MA Qaiyum, Student Adviser Dr. Habibullah, Proctor Dr. Ajibar Rahman, senior official of the administration, teachers and students.
Later, the discussion session was started at the University academic building by providing crests and cutting the cake.
