The Barisal district and city units of BNP led 19-party on Monday held rally in front of Ashwini Kumar Hall premis¬es protesting killing, abduction, torture against their activists. After the rally when they tried to bring out pro¬cession on city toads police barring them forced to dis-burse.The BNP rally was presided over by Ebaedul ihk Chan, district (south) BNP president and addressed among others by Abul Kalam Shahin, district secretary Kanirul Ahsan Shahin, city secretary, Amami Huq Tarin, city joint secretary, Kazi Enayet Hossein Bachchu, Kotwal upazila president, Khalilur Rahman Shilcdar, Bakerganj upazila secretary, Golam Mahmud Master, Banaripara upazila secretary, Abul Hossein Khan, former lawmaker ol BNP and other leaders of 19-party alliance.
