UNB, Dhaka :
Some 175 people were killed across the country in September this year, according to a report released by Bangladesh Human Rights Commission.
The commission said it prepared the report based on information it received from its district, upazila
and municipality offices, and reports published in daily newspapers in September.
The commission expressed deep concern as the number of murders increased in the country compared to previous months, and it attributed the murders to deteriorating law-and-order situation.
