A 16 member delegate led by Dr Humayun Kabir, deputy commissioner, Jessore left of two-day conference scheduled to be held at Barashat, West Bengal, India.
The delegate consists deputy commissioners of Jessore, Jhenidah and Satkhira and superintendent of police, upazila nirbahi officers and land officials of several districts.
ATM Shariful Alam, upazila nirbahi officer, Sharsha told newsmen that the delegate left Benapole on Thursday evening.
