Rapid Action Battalion in a drive recovered 13 firearms and 19 rounds of bullets from Ali Kadam Upazila of the hilly district on Friday.
RAB-7 held three people in the drive. The detainees are Md Faruq Ahmed, Azgor Ali and Dulal Mia. All of them are the residents of the remote Upazila.
RAB sources said on information they conducted a raid in Pan Bazar area and held the three arms traders with the homemade firearms at around 1 pm.
