The Government has enlisted 128 educational institutions of Chattogram under Monthly Payment Order(MPO) out of total 2,730 institutions across the country. Prime Minister has announced the names of the MPO enlisted institutions at Gonobhaban on Wednesday .
Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni and the Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel were present on the occasion. Out of total 128 MPO enlisted educational institutions in Chattogram district consists of 42 secondary schools, 25 junior high schools, 05 higher secondary (college), 4 Higher secondary school & college m 5 vocational institutions, 40 Dakil Madrashas and 6 Alim Madrashas. Sources said the teachers of the newly MPO listed educational institutions will enjoy their govt subsidy in pay scale from July 2019.
