Dispute over toys: 12 yr-old boy buries 7 yr-old child after killing in Narayanganj

There was a dispute over the toys behind the horrific murder of a 7-year-old child Jisan in Sonargaon Upazila of Narayanganj by a 12-year-old minor boy Tuhin.
Local source said that Jisan and Tuhin both used to play games together as friends. But Jisan was killed for not giving the toys to Tohin. After the murder, Tuhin packed the child’s body in a sack and buried it digging the floor in the kitchen room.
The confessional statement of the arrested Tuhin was recorded in the court of Narayanganj Senior Judicial Magistrate Humayun Kabir on Saturday.
The Investigating Officer of the case, Ahsan Ullah, In-charge of Taltola Police Outpost in Sonargaon, confirmed the matter to the media.
The accused Tuhin is resident of Mahishtek Baripara area of Jampur Union under Sonargaon upazila.
The victim child was identified as Jisan, son of one Iliyas Sheikh, owner of local BR spinning Limited.
Earlier, Jisan went missing on December 1 from Mahishtek area of Jampur union of the upazila.
Later, his father Iliyas Sheikh filed a general diary (GD) with the Sonargaon Police Station.
On December 10, after the disappearance of 10 days, police recovered Jisan’s half-decomposed body from the kitchen.
