District police detained 12 leaders and activists of Islami Chhathra Shibir from two coaching centers in Patiya upazila of the district on Tuesday.
On a tip-off, a team of police raided at ‘Probaho Coaching Centre’ and Center School and College and detained the Shibir men around 12.30 pm while they were holding secret meeting, said Mohammad Shamim Hossain, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Patiya circle) of Chittagong district.
