Miscreants blasted 10-12 crude bombs in three polling centres in Madhabdi municipality in Madhabdi upazilahere during elections on Wednesday.
Sources said, the miscreants blasted several crude bombs in Algi Manohorpur Government Primary School polling polling centres- Wizdom Preparatory School and Bhuiya Kindergarten polling centres- under the same municipality and exploded several crude bombs at around 12 pm.
A local journalist was slightly injured in the incident. However, voting in five polling centres in Madhabdi municipality was suspended on allegations of vote rigging, capturing voting stations and forced balloting on Wednesday.
