Chittagong District Police in overnight special drives arrested 104 people from different upazilas of the district Friday night.
The law enforcers also seized two cut rifles, six round bullets, nine knives, 359 liters of locally made liquor, 650 pieces of Yaba and three (kg) kilograms of ganza during the night-long drives.
Mohammad Naimul Hasan, Additional Superintendent of Police (Special Branch) of Chittagong district police said several teams of police conducted the drives from Friday night till Saturday morning and held 104 accused in different cases.Of them, 26 people are accused in regular cases while 78 are warranted accused, the additional SP added.
