Zoar Haque Prodhan earned 4.5 points after 6th round games of the South Asian Amateur Chess Championship is now being held at Katmandu in Nepal.
Matiur Rahman Mamun and Abu Lish Ansary earned 4 points each, Sarwar Hossain Ullash earned 3.5 points, Faizul Anam earned 3 points and Mohammad Amir Ali earned 2.5 points.
The 6th round games were held on Tuesday.
In the 6th round games, Zoar drew with Maharjan Prem Krishna of Nepal, Mamun beat Agrawal Sitaram of Nepal, Ansary beat Faizul, Ullash beat Baidya Arun Shankar of Nepal and Amir Ali lost to Jaiswal Bikesh of Nepal.
