Zoar Haque Prodhan finished 113th while SM Sharon of Fire-Service & Civil Defense became 117th, M Sharif Hossain of Titas Club became 121st and Saimon Siddiqur Rahman of Access Group became 122nd in the 12th Delhi International Grandmasters Chess Tournament that concluded on Thursday in Delhi.
In the 10th or last round games, Zoar lost to Lasya G of India and Sharon lost to Mirzaad S. Wahabuddin of Afghanistan.
GM Abhijit Gupta of India emerged champion with eight points.
A total of 126 players from 13 countries including 22 Grandmasters, one woman Grandmaster and 23 International Masters participated in the event.
Zoar and Sharon bagged three points each and Sharif and Saimon earned two points apiece after the 10th or last round games.
