Jatiya Party Presidium Member and former City President of Chittagong Jatiya Party Solaiman Alam Seth declared the Party General Secretary Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu as persona non-grata in Chittagong .
He disclosed while addressing a Iftary party of JP in a posh hotel in Chittagong on Saturday as Chief Guest. After end of the Iftar Party , the epigy of the party general secretary Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu was burnt infront of the hotel. . In his address Solaiman seth said city JP Convenor Mahjabeen Morshed and her husband Morshed Murad Ibrahim tried to foil the Iftar Party in Hotel Pensula through publishing some motivated news in the newspapers and he blamed the Convenor and her husband for such type of heinous bahaviour against a Presium member of the party. Solaiman Seth also declared himself to contest the post of Party general secretary in the next council meeting.
Among others, JP leaders Tapan Chakraborty, Jahangir Alam, Absaruddin roni, Aminul Hoque Ameen, Fazle hasan, and leaders of Jubo sanghati were present in the iftar party.
As invited guests, city BNP General secretary Dr Shahdat Hossain, North District AL President Nurul Alam , JP leader Ahmed Noor were also present in it.
