GM Ziaur Rahman of Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited again suffered defeat as he lost his 7th round games to WGM Pourkashiyan Atousa of Iran in the Alain Classical Chess Tournament now being held in Alain, United Arab Emirates.
After the 7th round match, Zia secured 3.5 points, according to a message received from Bangladesh Chess Federation on Thursday.
