Noted actor and director Tauquir Ahmed is making his new movie Halda on the bank of river Halda in Hathazari, Chittagong. Director Tauqir has something changed from the main story of Azad Bulbul while making this movie. Zahid Hasan, Mosharraf Karim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Momena Chowdhury, Shahed Ali, among others, are acting in different roles in the movie.
Thousands of people from Barua Para of Raujan area are gathering in the shooting spot from dawn to night to see their favourite performers every day. Tauquir started its shooting from September 26. Its shooting will continue there till first week of this month.
While talking about making Halda Tauquir Ahmed told this correspondent, “The theme based on making this movie is really painful matter. It is really a difficult task to work on the band of river and its surroundings. Weather is still favouring us so we can successfully continue our work now. Actors are working so hard in this movie. After Oggatonama it is my next work.”
In Halda, Zahid Hasan is acting in role of Nader, while Tisha is acting in role of Hasu. Mosharraf Karim is also acting in role of Bodi.
Zahid Hasan said, “Tauquir Bhai as a director outstanding in a word. As film is a thing of a big matter so Tauquir Bhai is making it very carefully and with cool headed. My role is very challenging. I am really satisfied to work in this movie.”
Mosharraf Karim shared his feelings by this way, “Tauqir Bhai does every work with new dimension. All of his works do in organised way and he always takes necessary preparations while giving direction. As a result, his works become successful one. He is very much perfectionist.”
Actress Tisha said, “Story of Halda is nice and it is being made by such a noted director so it will become a good work. I am very much optimistic about the movie.”
Though Mosharraf Karim earlier got the opportunity to work under Tauquir’s direction but Tisha and Zahid Hasan are working for the first time.
However, Zahid Hasan and Tisha are working as a pair in the big screen through this movie.
Meanwhile today is Zahid Hasan’s birthday. To celebrate his birthday with wife and children, yesterday night he has returned to Dhaka, Zahid Hasan said.
