Popular TV actor Zahid Hasan will be seen in Salauddin Lavlu’s Eid special telefilm titled What Is Your Father’s Name. Directed by Salauddin Lavlu story of the telefilm was written by Shah Md Naimul Karim where Zahid Hasan acted in the lead role.
Shooting of the Eid telefilm was wrapped up on Thursday in Gazipur’s Pubail. After two years, Zahid Hasan worked under Lavlu’s direction. He last worked under his directions in plays Learned Man and School of Politics.
While sharing his feelings to work Lavlu’s direction again Zahid Hasan told this correspondent, “There is a family relationship between Lavlu Bhai and us. He is like as my elder brother. I went to his village house in Kushtia. I have an intimate and personal relation with him. He is not only a good human being but also a reputed actor, director and cinematographer. I always feel comfortable to work with. I am very much optimistic about this telefilm.”
Salauddin Lavlu said, “There is nothing new to say about actor Zahid Hasan. He first worked under my direction in ETV’s play Dwi-Chokrojan. I can still remember that when I was giving direction of the play in Kushtia at least five thousand people come to the shooting spot to see Zahid Hasan. I felt really pride for him. I could not think anybody instead of him for Eid play. I took schedule from him before three months of starting shooting of the telefilm. He acted outstandingly well in the telefilm.”
Besides Zahid Hasan, Raisul Islam Asad, Abdullah Rana, Rajib Salehin, Tahsin, among others, also acted in different roles in the telefilm.
