Left-hander Yuvraj Singh has not been included in the ongoing Ranji Trophy match between Punjab and Andhra Pradesh as he wanted to attend the wedding reception of former teammate Harbhajan Singh.
According to a report in Tribune News Service, Yuvraj informed the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) that he would not be able to represent Punjab in their next match as he would be attending Harbhajan’s marriage reception ceremony in Delhi.
In Yuvraj’s absence, Gurkeerat Singh Mann is captaining Punjab.
Earlier Yuvi also wished the couple through a hilarious tweet on Twitter.
