A youth was stabbed to death by some unknown miscreants in Koboilladam area under Akbarshah thana in the city on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Joy Das, 23, son of Subol Das, resident of the aforesaid area.
Akbar Shah Thana Police said Joy stabbed to death while some unidentified youths attacked him with sharp weapons at one stage of altercation at about 11 am beside the Koboilladam Mondir. Police recovered the body and sent it to Chittagong Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) morgue. A case was filed with Akbar Shah Thana in this connection.
