UNB, Munshiganj :A young man who was injured in an attack by robbers in Sreenagar upazila of Munshiganj district on Wednesday died at a hospital in the capital on Friday.The deceased was identified as Babul Muni, 36, a resident of Kamargaon Nayabari area in Sreenagar upazila. Local people said agang of robbers, numbering 35, raided Noyabari area and looted valuables including 35 tolas of gold ornaments and Tk 4.5 lakh cash from five houses on Wednesday night. Five people were injured as they tried to resist the robbers.Of the injured, Babul Muni, who was critically injured in the attack, was rushed to a hospital in Dhaka where he succumbed to his injuries on Friday noon.
