An unidentified young man was found dead on the rooftop of a train at Chittagong Railway Station here yesterday.
Shahidul Islam, officer-in-charge of Chittagong GRP Police, said the body of a young man aged about 22 was recovered from the rooftop of a train ‘Udayan Express’ coming from Sylhet in the morning and sent it to local hospital morgue.
The body bore several injury marks on the head.
Police suspected that the young man might have been hit by the iron rod of railway station some time in the night.
