A youngman was killed by his maternal uncle at Niamatpur area in Karimganj upazila of Kishoreganj district on Friday evening over land dispute and supremacy.
The victim has been indentified as Md. Jony Mia (27), son of late Saidur Rahman in Chowganga village under Itna upazila.
On information, Additional Police Super Syed Abu Sayem visited the spot.
A case was filed in this connection with Kairmganj Police Station. The dead body was sent to morgue for autopsy.
