Police recovered the body of an unidentified young girl from Talertal area in Rajnagar upazila on Tuesday.
Locals said they spotted the body of the girl, aged around 18, beside a road in Talertal area in the morning and informed police.
Later, law enforcers recovered the body and sent it to sadar hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Officer-in-charge of Rajnagar police station M Nazim Uddion confirmed the incident and said an injury mark was found on the body.
