Yasmeen Sultana, a leader working for empowerment of women, wants to contest in the next Parliamentary polls from Dhaka-15.
“I want to work to sustain women empowerment with the slogan of ‘justice. I want to unite people of Mirpur under the slogan. I want their vote and support to elect me a Member of Parliament from Dhaka-15,” said Yasmin Sultana to The New Nation on Sunday.
Yasmeen said that she has been working to ensure the participation of urban disadvantage women in every development work.
She claimed that she is leading the disadvantage women in national level as a ‘revolutionary oppressed women leader’.
