Jarraf Abtahi Yashfi, a son of Ishwardi, has received the rank batch of lieutenant rank after completing three years of BMA long course training in Bangladesh Army. Yashfi was officially given a batch on June 17 at the Bangladesh Military Academy’s Bhatiari in Chittagong. He will join the Savar cantonment on July 2 as a lieutenant.
He is the only son of Khairul Kabir Liton, Education Secretary of Ishwardi Upazila Awami League and Head of Management Department of Ishwardi Women’s College and Sabina Parveen, former lecturer of Pakshi Degree College.
