A lawyer on Wednesday filed a writ with the High Court seeking ban on opening law faculty in private universities without permission of the Supreme Court (SC) and Bangladesh Bar Council.
Advocate Dr Eunus Ali Akand filed the writ making the chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC), education secretary, SC registrar and bar council as the respondents.
