Some are selling flags, some are selling wristbands and bracelets.The noted shops are also selling sports goods in a large shape.This correspondent talked to some hawkers on Thursday afternoon.Md Yakub, a man from Comilla is selling different types of flags of the countries, which will take part in the mega football competition. He used to sell the flags of Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, England etc. The price of a small size of flag is Tk 100 while the price of a middle size of flag is Tk 150 and the price of a large size of flag is Tk 200. Yakub said to this reporter, ” Most of the soccer lovers of the city buy the flag of Brazil or Argentina.”Yakub added that he used to sell the products Tk 6,000 to Tk 7.000 every day. His net profit is Tk one thousand.Md Sumon, also a man of Comilla used to sell coat pins, wristbands and bracelet. The price of a coat pin is Tk 25 while the price of a wristband is Tk 30 and the price of a bracelet is Tk 30.’Interested soccer lovers used to buy the coat pin, wristband, bracelet of Brazil and Argentina most.Sumon said to this newsman, ” I have been starting my business for four days.”
