A day-long stakeholder workshop on Quality Assurance was held at Islamic University (IU), Kushtia on Wednesday with a view to making skilled graduates.
Islamic University and Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) jointly onganised the event at the Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman auditorium of the university around 10:00am.
IU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Asakri addressed the programme as the chief guest while its Treasurer Prof Dr M Selim Toha was present here as the special guest with IQAC director Prof Dr KM Abdus Sobhan in the chair.
More than three hundred students from various department of the university participated at the ceremony.
While addressing the progamme IU VC urged to the students to march gathering knowledge for facing the challenges of fourth revolution so that the skilled graduate can create new job sector for the mass people of the country.
