A weeklong training workshop on Flood Risk Assessemnt & Management was concluded on December 3 last at CUET campus as arranged by Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology.
17 trainees from different institutions participated the training and seven trainers from UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands, BUET, IWM, CUET conducted training workshop . The total module of training was on multimedia projections .
Vice chancellor of CuET Prof. Dr. Jahangir Alam graced the concluding session as chief guest. Among others, dean of Civil Engnieering Faculty Dr. Md. Hazrat Ali and visiting expert on flood risk management from Netherland Dr. Mr. Bishwa Bhattachariya were present in it.
