A workshop on Biogas and its Potentials jointly organised by International Finance Corporation (IFC), Denmark Embassy and Bangladesh Biogas Development Foundation (BBDF) was held in a city hotel on Saturday.
IFC’s Senior Principal Officer Mohan Seneviratne, Development Counselor of Danish Embassy in Dhaka Peter Borg Jansen and BBDF’s Abdul Gofran addressed the programme, said a press release.
IFC made a presentation on their plan to generate electricity from biogas in response to the government’s target for the year 2020.
