A worker died after falling from the third floor of a building in Halishahar area in the port city on Monday.
Deceased Md Mosharaf, 40, a painter, was from Chandpur.
The incident took place around 4:30pm when Mosharaf was painting outer walls of a four-storey building owned by one Najir Ahmed at Halishahar’s Abbas Para, said Nayek Md Jahangir of Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) police outpost, quoting locals.
