The women’s cricket team on Saturday had their practice at Mirpur indoor stadium ahead of the 17th Asian Games scheduled to be held on September 19 to October 4 in Incheon, South Korea.
In 2010, Bangladesh secured silver medal losing to Pakistan in the final. After T20 World Cup, the women’s team did not take part any international event.
Earlier, on Friday, Bangladesh Cricket Board announced a 15-member squad for the Asian Games.
