Viqarunnisa Noon School & College will face Narayanganj Government Women’s College in the opening match of the Treat 16th Women’s College Handball Tournament at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium tomorrow.
Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) will organize the handball competition under auspices of PRAN RFL.
A total of 13 teams deviding into four groups will compete in first phase of the tournament.
The budget of the tournament has been estimated at Taka five lakh and fifty thousand while PRAN RFL, the sponsor of the meet has given Taka five lakh to BHF and BHF will bear rest of the expenditure from its own find.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will formally open the handball competition as the chief guest while Brand Manager of PRAN RFL Shakhawat Ahmmed Shaki will be with him as the special guest.
