Treat Women’s College Handball Tournament starts at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium on September 26. Viqarunnisa Noon School & College will face Narayanganj Government Women’s College in the inaugural match.
Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) will arrange the handball competition with the financial assistance of PRAN RFL.
A total of 13 teams splitting into four groups will compete in the tournament.
The budget of the tournament has been estimated at Taka five lakh and fifty thousand while PRAN RFL has given Taka five lakh to BHF and BHF will provide rest of the money.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will inaugurate the handball competition as the chief guest while Brand Manager of PRAN RFL Shakhawat Ahmmed Shaki will be with him as the special guest.
