BSS, Noakhali :
A woman was allegedly strangled to death by her husband at Char Majid under Subarnachar Upazila in the district on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Kohinur Akhter, 30. Police recovered her body last night digging up their house. Local people held Kohinur’s husband Millat today and handed over him to police.
Officer-in-Charge of Char Jabbar Thana Md Nizamuddin confirmed the incident of death. The body was sent to Noakhali General Hospital for autopsy.
