Additional District Judge, 3rd court pronounced 10 years rigorous imprisonment and penalty of Tk. 20 thousand in default to suffer more one year yesterday .
Judge of the 3rd court Munshi Abdul Majid convicted Suchitra Barua, wife of Supal Barua alias Swapan of Jubra village under Hathazari upazila of Chittagong . Court sources said Hathazari thana filed this murder case vide No.5(3)/2005 (session court case No.263/2006).
