UNB, Jhenidah :
Police recovered the body of a woman who remained missing for the last three days, from a septic tank in sadar upazila on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Anwara Khatun, 40, wife of Abdur Rahim of Sadar upazila.
Victim’s husband said Anowara went missing on Tuesday since she went to one Parul Begum’s house for paying installment of loan she took from an NGO.
Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Harendranath Sarkar said the body was sent to Jhenidah General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police detained Parul Begum for interrogation.
