One housewife was killed by her husband brutally centring the family feuds in the port city yesterday. The victim identified as Jinnat Ferdous Popi(23) , wife of Didarul Alam . The tragic incident of murder was occurred at Dewanhat overbridge area under Double Mooring thana yesterday noon . Police detained the killer husband Didarul Alam from the spot. The couple have a 5 yrs old daughter. Double Mooring thana Officer incharge Sheikh Md. Ali told that they got married with love affairs seven years ago . Sources said killer Didarul is a local resident and a rickshaw puller. Ill fated wife hails from Comilla district, sources added. Police sources said she was beaten with iron rod and there are a numbers of injury mark in her body and face . The body sent to morgue for autopsy, sources said.
