A house-wife was killed by her husband at Kursha village in Nikli haor Upazila of Kishoreganj early Wednesday over family feud.
The victim was identified as Jesmin Akhter (30), daughter of Md. Shahebuddin of Hattipara in Nikli Upazila. Jesmin was a mother of son.
Nikli Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC) Shamsul Alam Siddiqui told the New Nation that receiving on information, police rushed to spot and body recovered.
Police also arrested victim’s husband Jowel Miah and his two brothers’ wife. The body was sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
A murder case was filled in this connection with Nikli Police Station.
