West Indies and Ireland on Wednesday agreed to reschedule the remaining two matches of their three-match One-Day International (ODI) series after five Covid-19 positive cases contributed to the second match being postponed.
Cricket West Indies and Cricket Ireland (CI) issued a joint statement stating that while the second ODI will be played at the Sabina Park on January 13, the third and final game has been moved to January 16. The one-off T20I match between West Indies and Ireland has been called off because the West Indies are next slated to take on England in a five-match T20I series which is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2022.
