Where is owner, driver of Moyur-2 launch?

The owner and driver of the launch Moyur-2, which was responsible for the launch Buriganga River launch capsize near Sadarghat, could not be traced yet.
They could not be arrested even after 13 hours after the accident. The question has arisen in the minds of the people, where is the owner, driver, master, supervisor of the launch responsible for the accident.
Sources said all of them are hiding since the incident.
It may be mentioned that the double-decker passenger launch, Morning Bird, capsized in the river colliding with Moyur-2 at around 9.30 am
It was heading towards Sadarghat Launch Terminal from Munshiganj when it collided with Moyur-2.
At least 32 bodies have been recovered so far. Locals claim there were more than a hundred passengers on the launch.
It is learned that the owner of Moyur-2 launch is Mosaddek Hanif Soyad. He is a resident of Dhaka. His launch was registered under a company named “C-Horse Corporation”.

Mayur-2 launch consists two contact numbers (01759944144 and 01732550548). But these numbers were found switched off following the incident.
It is learned that the actual operator of Mayur-2 launch is Shipon Hawladar. When contacted, Shipon Hawladar said that he is currently on leave. “I have been on leave for several days. I was not in launch at the time of the incident, “he said, adding that the master of the launch was operating the vessel in absence of him.
It is also learned that two people are the owners of the ‘Morning Bird’ launch, which sank due to the collision with Mayur-2.
The owners are Joynal Abedin and Abdul Gafur, residents of Munshiganj.
Morning Bird Launch is registered under the name of ‘Taltala Water Wages’ company. Despite various attempts, none of them could not be reached.
When contracted, Dhaka River Port (Sadarghat) Inspector Alamgir Hossain said he is currently at home isolation. However, he said, “May be the driver, master and supervisor of Mayur-2 launch hiding. But they must be caught.”
He also said not only the owner, driver, master and supervisor are also equally responsible for the incident.
