After the appointment of Reshma Begum – the miracle girl who was rescued from the rubble alive 17 days after the garment factory had collapsed, The Westin Dhaka as a part of their initiative to care for community took another good initiative to welcome the Rana plaza survivors to the Westin property recently, says a press release.
Initiated by National Skills Development Council (NSDC) the Westin Management arranged a tour of the hotel for enriching them with the knowledge of hospitality industry where they can have an optimism to start a career with the service industry.
The owning company of the Westin Dhaka, Unique Hotel & Resorts (UHRL) has an initiative where many of the underprivileged are being trained and appointed to many hospitality industries locally and internationally.
The Westin Dhaka believes that, this tour in association with the National Skills Development Council (NSDC) will enrich their understanding regarding the opportunity in the hospitality industry especially through UHRL.
It is pertain here to mention that, UHRL is coming with few more new properties where many of the unprivileged persons like Rana plaza survivors will get priority while recruitment.
