Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Thursday forecasts that the weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country in the next 24 hours ending at 9 am today.
It said rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and the region of Comilla and Noakhali.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The maximum temperature was recorded 35.4 degree celsius on Wednesday in Jessore and Thursday’s minimum temperature was 18.5 degree celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet division.
