A court in Chittagong issued warrant of arrest against three top management officials including Chairman, Managing Director of MM Vegetable Oil Products Ltd, Chittagong, a sister concern of Mustafa Group of Industries.
The arrest warrant issues following the case filed by Rupali Bank ltd for cheque forgery. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Chittagong Md. Moshiur Rahman issued this warrant order on Thursday afternoon. Following the deceiving the Bank authority through issuing a forgery cheque against the loan account of the country , CMM court issued warrant to Chairman Hefazetur Rahman, Vice chairman Shafique Ahmed and the Managing Director Jahiruddin.
