The Tetli Union Development Forum, a social organization always engaged in the service of humanity, has distributed winter clothes among more than 700 needy people.
On this occasion, a program was organized at Hazrat Ali (R) Academy and Complex premises in Nijgaon of Tetli Union of Dakshin Surma Upazila recently. President of Tetli Union Development Forum Dr. Gias Uddin and Secretary Ali Hossain, Joint Secretary Naimur Rahman Shahnur, Co-President Ali Hossain Hurmat and Publicity Secretary Abdul Qayyum jointly participated in the distribution of winter clothes as the chief guest. The founder of Hazrat Ali (R) Academy & Complex UK expatriate Alhaj Abdul Aziz. Officers in charge of South Surma Police Station Kamrul Hasan Talukder, Acting Chairman of Tetli Union Md. Faruk Mia, Former Chairman of Lalabazar Union Parishad Khairul Afian Chowdhury, Distinguished Politician Falakuzzaman Chowdhury Jaglu, Maulana Farooq Ahmed, Abdul Mohit, Aminur Rahman Chowdhury Shifta were present as special guests. Badrul Islam, Tetli Union Chairman Candidates Haji Atiqur Rahman Atiq, Haji Md. Shah Alam, Oliur Rahman Oli.

Bijoynagar (Brahmanbaria) Correspondent says: UNO of Bijoynagar Upazial A H Irfan Uddin Ahmed distributed blankets among the cold-stricken people at Satvarga Nomadic slums in Budhanti UP of Bijoynagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria. On Monday night, he distributed hundreds of blankets from the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Relief Fund among the people of Nomadic slums.
Upazila Project Implementation Officer Shahinur Jahan, Press Club Senior Vice President Shamsul Islam Liton, General Secretary Mohammad Ziadul Haque Babu and Co-Secretary Shafiqur Rahman Shahin were present during the distribution of winter clothes.
Baraigram (Natore) Correspondent adds: Bonpara Municipality distributes 668 blankets among the helpless people in Baraigram of Natore on Monday. On the occasion, a meeting was organized at Bonpara Degree College under the chairmanship of Municipal Mayor KM Zakir Hossain and conducted by Municipal Secretary Abdul Hai. Also, Upazila Awami League President Abdul Kuddus Miyazi, Principal Abdur Razzak Mollah, Lecturer Muyazzem Hossain Bablu, Lecturer Suraiya Akhter Kali, Councilors Mohit Kumar Sarkar and Sharifunnesa Shirin, Municipal Accounts Officer Delwar Hossain spoke there. Municipal councilors, well-wishers of the area, as well as people in need of blankets were present there. Mayor KM Zakir Hossain gave away one blankets each.
